Attending the breathwork classes on Sundays has been a transformative experience for me. The energy in the space is always so calm and grounding, yet profoundly uplifting. To journey on your own breath is something I don't think I could put into words. The best ones I can use to describe this practice would be somatic, reset, reconnecting, healing, transcendence. Adam takes the time to connect with the practice in advance, tapping in to curate both the music and methods for each session, which makes each experience new and unexpected.
